This semi-circle cut flared mini-skirt dress with a plunging neckline is constructed in fast-drying, floral print spandex fabric. The plunging neckline constructed from floral spandex is great for flaunting the contours of the feminine cleavage. For added support to the bust, the design is complete with a mesh pseudo-illusion top which is fastened at the upper back. The semi-circle flare mini-skirt is also made from spandex floral print and meets the upper dress at an elasticized high-waist band. The fun, flirty dress is also finished with female garters of solid black spandex - fitted to give a "wondering eye" tease. This design is constructed with seam reenforcement for added security and comfort in durability.
